Skill Serves doesn’t pre-screen User Content, but we reserve the right to remove or modify any User Content that we deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms, without notice. This means that if there’s a serious disagreement, we’ll resolve it through a formal arbitration process in Delhi.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease. 13.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Skill Serves on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Skill Serves regarding the Website. They supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter hereof.
